Who operates this research

PayoutRelay is a product research project operated by BAL LABS LLC. You can contact us at privacy@payoutrelay.honya.io.

What we collect

The research form collects business contact details, broad transaction and revenue bands, descriptions of your month-end workflow, and the problems or costs you experienced. We do not request account passwords, bank account numbers, customer lists, or unredacted financial records.

Why we collect it

We use responses to decide whether a standardized product should be built, to contact qualified respondents about follow-up research, and to evaluate a limited read-only pilot. We do not sell research responses.

Storage and retention

Form submissions are encrypted at rest in our cloud account and access is limited to the research team. Unqualified submissions are scheduled for deletion within 90 days. Evidence supporting an active pilot may be retained for the pilot and ordinary business-record obligations.

Your choices

Participation is voluntary. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing the address above. Do not submit personal data about your customers or employees in narrative answers.
