PayoutRelay for Whop

Close Whop without rebuilding every payout in a spreadsheet.

PayoutRelay is being designed to explain how gross Whop payments became refunds, fees, transfers, balances, and bank withdrawals—so your bookkeeper can approve the month with a clear audit trail.

Research stage · Read-only · No QuickBooks access required

The bank shows a net deposit. Your books need the whole story.

Gross sales, refunds, disputes, processing fees, affiliate costs, retained balances, and withdrawals can move on different schedules. PayoutRelay is testing whether those movements can become one repeatable, reviewable monthly close workflow.

The proposed workflow

Evidence first. Automation second.

We are validating the accounting job with real completed months before asking anyone to trust an integration.

1

Explain the last close

Walk through what actually happened last month: the people, reports, spreadsheets, mismatches, and time involved.

2

Test a read-only packet

A qualified research pilot receives a month-level breakdown and exception report. Nothing is posted to QuickBooks.

3

Let the bookkeeper decide

Your bookkeeper supplies account policy and accepts or rejects the result. Unsupported cases remain explicit exceptions.

Deliberately narrow

What PayoutRelay will not pretend to do.

  • Provide tax, audit, or legal advice
  • Choose your chart of accounts or revenue-recognition policy
  • Write to QuickBooks before a human approves the close
  • Hide unresolved differences behind an “AI confidence” score
Help decide whether this should exist

How did your last Whop month-end close actually go?

The research takes about seven minutes and asks only about recent behavior. Matching businesses may be invited to a paid, one-month reconciliation pilot.
